Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care. Document children's progress and communicate effectively with parents. Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. Requirements: Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. At least two years working in the childcare industry Current First Aid and CPR certification. Working with Children Check (or equivalent). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development.
